Going beyond mere embedded video clips, sites like Facebook can now offer "a complete personalized TV viewing experience that requires no download and is constantly refreshed with channel content.” That, according to Ted Briscoe, chief executive officer of the Vibe Solutions Group, is what Pyro.TV now makes possible through the integration with Facebook is announced this week.
"Pyro.TV gives large media companies and independent publishers a syndication platform and turnkey tools to manage and market video content online," Briscoe adds.
For consumers, he notes, Pyro.TV allows them to personalize their own channel line-up, with no download required, and share their favorite channels via a multi-channel player for blogs and personal web pages.
”We are committed to distributing Pyro.TV’s growing network of channels wherever people are online,” Briscoe adds.
Unlike other online video platforms, Briscoe emphasizes, content is constantly updated for the most up-to-date videos and no additional download is necessary.
Further details may be found here (www.pyro.tv), or at the Vibe Solutions Group site.
