Government IT Conference & Expo Keynote, Bob Gourley, joined Ulitzer and created the CTOvision Journal at http://ctovision.ulitzer.com/.
Bob Gourley, former CTO of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), is Founder and CTO of Crucial Point LLC, a technology research and advisory firm providing fact based technology reviews in support of venture capital, private equity and emerging technology firms.

He has extensive industry experience in intelligence and security and was awarded an intelligence community meritorious achievement award by AFCEA in 2008, and has also been recognized as an Infoworld Top 25 CTO and as one of the most fascinating communicators in Government IT by GovFresh.
At Government IT Conference & Expo 2009, Bob will speak about the future of Cloud Computing in the "private cloud" marketplace. Today's Cloud Computing pioneers, Amazon, Google and Microsoft, are delivering constantly increasing levels of computational power to enterprises. But do these giants of cloud computing have what it takes to serve in the fast-growing "private cloud" marketplace? VMware, Cisco, Sun and IBM are bringing private cloud offerings to enterprise customers who have no intention of letting critical enterprise data outside of the firewall.
In this keynote presentation, Bob Gourley will match emerging federal cloud computing requirements against emerging capabilities from cloud providers to reveal the likely course of action for federal decision makers. The result will be a dialog we can all use to accelerate the deliver of IT power to our users.
